Revolutionise the point-of-sale experience

Simplify how fans make purchases through mobile-pay pop-ups and scan n’ pay ‘posterised kiosks’. For businesses and fans alike, accepting card and mobile payments at contactless stations using Apple Pay and Google Pay is a game-changer for venues encouraging safe physical distancing.

Reduce the wait with mobile ordering

Fans can now order their favourite team’s merch, food and beverage from the comfort of their seat. Once their order is ready to collect, fans are notified by their smartphone with vendors designating pick up areas that re-distribute traffic away from congested areas to help minimise crowds and promote safe social distancing. For premium ticket holders, vendors can take the fan experience to the next level by offering in-seat and in-suite delivery. And for big event days, vendors can adjust their pricing and inventory based on event demand so no one is left disappointed. 

Incentivise fans with rewards

Through VenueNext’s mobile wallet, fans can redeem benefits and cash-back rewards when they reach certain milestones or fulfill certain activities. Such activities include receiving $5 virtual currency for arriving at the venue 45 minutes early to reward fans through cash-back options for attending every game in a season.

Integrating indoor navigation capabilities

Working in concert with Liveli’s indoor navigation technology partner, MapsPeople, the VenueNext mobile technology can help fans navigate between points of interest within the venue both seamlessly and safely using the familiar Google Maps. 

Integrating MapsPeople’s MapsIndoors Content Management System (CMS) with VenueNext technology means users have access to location-specific information and can streamline their order flow of food and beverages, wait times in queues and improve the overall fan experience.
